Chair yoga is designed for anyone working in an office setting to individuals who lack confidence or mobility getting down on the floor for a traditional yoga practice. With the support of a chair, sessions are designed to synchronize breath and movement with the intention of strengthening muscles and bones, stretching, improving balance, and promoting relaxation.

Offering a variety of mat yoga classes with the focus on connecting the mind, body, and spirit. Our bodies need movement to keep them healthy and strong. Additionally, it is not uncommon for our bodies to store emotions over the course of our lifetimes. Yoga is a great physical practice that meets each of these points while promoting a peaceful mind.
